Connect your StayNTouch property to HolidayHero and let your bookings flow in on their own. Once the app is installed, HolidayHero pulls the reservations from the hotels you choose and keeps them up to date, so your messaging, tasks, smart devices and reporting all run on the same set of bookings as your front desk.

You decide exactly what comes across. Pick the hotels you want to sync, then match your HolidayHero listings to StayNTouch rooms or room types. From there, every arriving reservation is created in HolidayHero with its dates, guest counts and confirmation numbers, and each guest with contact details is invited to the HolidayHero guest app automatically. No copy and paste, no double entry.

When a booking changes or is cancelled in StayNTouch, HolidayHero updates to match, so your team is always working from an accurate picture. Bookings that have not changed are left alone, and everything the integration does is recorded in a clear activity log.
