Once installed, you match each HolidayHero listing to the matching Beds24 room, then switch the integration on. HolidayHero pulls in your upcoming bookings right away and keeps them in sync from there. Arrivals, departures, guest counts and contact details all come across, and cancellations in Beds24 cancel the reservation in HolidayHero too. Because check in and check out times follow your listing settings, everything lines up with how your property actually operates.

Every guest with an email address or phone number is automatically invited to the HolidayHero guest app, so your guests get their messaging, guidebooks and online check in without any manual follow up. And because all your bookings now sit in HolidayHero, the rest of your tools, tasks, smart devices and reporting, run on the same reservations as your booking calendar.

You stay in control the whole way. Only bookings on rooms you have matched are imported, and a full activity log shows you exactly what was created, updated, skipped or failed.
