Bookingmood keeps your calendar and bookings tidy. HolidayHero turns them into an operation. Connect the two and every confirmed Bookingmood booking on the calendars you choose flows straight into your HolidayHero workspace, so your messaging, tasks, smart devices and reporting all run on the same set of stays.

Once installed, you match each HolidayHero listing to its Bookingmood product and map your capacity groups to adults, children and infants. From then on new bookings, changes and cancellations arrive on their own. Arrival and departure dates line up with your listing times, pricing comes across from the booking's line items, and every guest on the booking is invited to the HolidayHero guest app automatically.

The connection also works the other way. When you add, change or remove a guest on a HolidayHero reservation that came from Bookingmood, that guest is mirrored back onto the Bookingmood booking, so your contact lists stay in step without any double entry.

Bookings that arrive without full guest details are not a problem. HolidayHero still creates the reservation and can email your team so someone can complete the missing information, and everything the integration does is recorded in a clear activity log.
