What does onboarding cost?
A one-time fee based on your size: €100 up to 10 units, €150 up to 50, €200 up to 100, and €250 above that. We configure the PMS connection, your branding, content and first upsells — most properties are live within days.
How does the 3% success fee work?
We take 3% of the upsell revenue the platform generates for you — our incentive is yours. When we also process the guest payment, 3% covers transaction costs. Every return figure in the wizard is already net of both.
My numbers look different. Is the estimate still useful?
The wizard deliberately uses conservative assumptions, so most properties outperform it. On a demo we run the same math with your real reservation volume and actual offers — and you keep the breakdown either way.
Are prices including VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT, which is calculated on your invoice based on your country.
Estimates use deliberately conservative assumptions and your selected offer mix. Pricing starts from €6.50 per unit / month for the smallest properties and tapers with size. Yearly billing gives you one month free. A 3% success fee applies to upsell revenue, plus 3% payment processing when we handle the payment. All amounts exclude VAT.
