About MyTourist
Connect your MyTourist property management system to HolidayHero and let your bookings flow through by themselves. Every reservation on the room types you choose is pulled into your workspace with the right dates, guest party, booker and invoice total, so your messaging, tasks, smart devices and reporting all run on the same set of bookings as your back office.
New guests are invited to the HolidayHero guest app automatically the moment their booking arrives, with no duplicate invites when a booking is updated. Turn on invoice syncing and each guest's MyTourist invoice is attached to their reservation as a PDF and kept up to date, so they can watch their balance without troubling the front desk.
MyTourist also plugs in as a payment provider. When a guest pays for an extra inside HolidayHero, the charge is added straight to their MyTourist invoice with the correct tax, so everything settles on their room bill. It is the simple way to run things like a QR code honesty bar, where guests add their own drinks and pay in a couple of taps.
You can also map extra booking details, such as door access codes, onto each reservation so the right information reaches your guests at the right moment.
