About MEWS

Connect your Mews property management system to HolidayHero and let your bookings flow in on their own. Every reservation on the services and channels you choose is pulled into your workspace and kept up to date, so your messaging, tasks, smart devices and reporting all run on the exact same set of bookings as your front desk. When a new reservation lands, the guest is invited to the HolidayHero guest app automatically.

The connection also works the other way. When a guest completes their online check in inside HolidayHero, their profile and identity document details are written straight back into the matching Mews customer record, so your front desk has everything on file without any retyping. The integration only ever fills in missing details and never overwrites existing Mews data with a blank value, so your front desk records stay safe.

You stay in control of what comes in. Choose which Mews services to sync, optionally limit which channels are imported, and match each HolidayHero listing to a Mews resource or resource category. A dedicated Reservations tab shows exactly which guests are on file in Mews, with direct links into both systems and a clear log of every sync.
