LodgePilot

LodgePilot keeps your rentals, guests and availability in order. This integration connects it to HolidayHero so your bookings live in both places at once, with no copying and pasting.

Every time a reservation is created or updated in LodgePilot, it flows straight into HolidayHero on the matching listing. Bookings are kept in step by their LodgePilot reference, so an update lands on the existing reservation instead of creating a duplicate, and the lead guest is automatically invited to the HolidayHero guest app.

Setup is simple. You generate a private webhook URL inside HolidayHero, paste it into LodgePilot once, and match each of your rentals to the right listing. From then on your two systems stay in sync on their own, and a clear activity log shows you exactly what came through.
