Not every booking platform has a direct connector, but almost all of them can share an iCal calendar link. This integration is the universal bridge: paste the .ics feed from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Beds24, Smoobu, iCloud or almost anywhere else, and the bookings behind it appear in your HolidayHero workspace.

Once installed, you match each calendar feed to a HolidayHero listing on the Listings tab, giving it a reference you will recognise. A property that takes bookings from several platforms can have a feed from each attached to the same listing. HolidayHero recognises the source automatically and reads every booking the right way for that platform, then keeps them up to date on a regular schedule, so new and changed bookings keep flowing in without anyone rekeying a thing. Check in and check out times follow your listing settings, so everything lines up with how your property runs.

Because iCal feeds are availability calendars, they often arrive without full guest details. HolidayHero handles this gracefully: it imports what the feed provides, invites the guest to the guest app whenever contact details are present, and flags anything missing by emailing your team and raising a follow up task, so nothing slips through the cracks. A clear activity log shows every sync and its outcome.
