You decide what syncs. Match each HolidayHero listing to its Hostaway listing, and only those bookings come across. Every guest on an imported reservation is invited to the HolidayHero guest app automatically, so your guest experience starts the moment a booking lands.

The connection works in both directions. Bring extra Hostaway fields into HolidayHero metafields to surface the details that matter to your team, and push HolidayHero reservation and guest data back into Hostaway custom fields to keep your property management record complete.
