Match each HolidayHero listing to a Cloudbeds room or room type, and the integration takes care of the rest. New bookings, date changes, room changes, cancellations, and deletions all update in HolidayHero as they happen, so your workspace always mirrors your front desk. Multi room and group bookings stay grouped together, and every guest is automatically invited to the HolidayHero guest app.

Prefer to import only certain channels? Switch on channel filtering and list the sources you want. Need to capture extra reservation data? Map it into HolidayHero custom fields with metafields. And if a booking ever does not appear, the Logs tab tells you exactly why.
