Each booking is matched to the right property, and every guest in the party, not just the lead booker, is invited to the HolidayHero guest app. That means your whole group gets access from the moment their booking lands, and your messaging, tasks and smart devices all run on the same set of bookings your chalet team already uses.

You can also switch on automatic itinerary documents. HolidayHero builds a guest preferences PDF from your booking notes, guest requirements and transfer details, attaches it to the reservation and keeps it current as the booking changes, so your team always has the latest version to hand.
