You are also in control of the data. Pick exactly which details, first name, last name, phone, and country, get written onto each subscriber, and honour your guests' newsletter opt in choice at check in so you only email people who want to hear from you. A one click resync backfills your existing contacts whenever you need it, and a clear activity log shows every subscriber created, updated, and removed.
