Already running Home Assistant in your properties? This integration brings the smart devices you have chosen yourself straight into HolidayHero, so your existing setup does the work without any extra hardware. Connect your instance once with your own Base URL and access token, and your lights, switches and climate devices become available to place on your listings.

Once a device is attached to a listing, HolidayHero takes care of guest access on its own. Every reservation on that listing gives its guests a time limited window to operate the device, opening an hour before check in and closing an hour after check out. When bookings change, are cancelled or are deleted, access updates and revokes itself automatically, so nobody can reach a device outside their stay.

Guests never see a code or handle a key. During their stay they simply tap the device in the HolidayHero guest app, and the command is sent to your Home Assistant instance in the moment. Access is checked against the reservation and the current time before anything happens, and every action is logged so you always have a clear trail.
